One-time Google Sheet setup:
1. Open your sheet → Extensions → Apps Script
2. Paste the code from Import/sheets-import.gs and save
3. Deploy → New deployment → Web app
Execute as: Me
Who has access: Anyone — not “Anyone with Google account”
4. Authorise when prompted, copy the web app URL, paste above.
5. Use Test ↗ to verify — you should see text starting with test({ Already deployed? Re-deploy as a new version after any code or access-level changes.

This will erase all tracked ranks and star chart progress. This cannot be undone.
